The effective administration of teaching processes at Progress is ensured by an academic staff distinguished by their outstanding qualifications and extensive experience. We actively implement targeted management strategies and contemporary educational approaches to ensure that Progress teachers excel in their knowledge, professional demeanor, and qualifications. We are deeply committed to their ongoing professional growth through annual training sessions, specialized seminars, and the consistent integration of cutting-edge educational technologies and innovative teaching methodologies.
During the 2021–2022 academic year, the “360-Degree Evaluation System” model was successfully introduced. The distinctiveness of this evaluation model lies in its inclusive nature, engaging the entire school community in the process. Participants are granted the opportunity to assess teaching methodologies, academic standards, and the quality of communication between teachers and students, among other critical factors. Moreover, the evaluation process remains entirely anonymous, serving as a fundamental guarantee of the objectivity and reliability of the results.
Since 2022, the “Become a Progress Teacher” program has been successfully implemented. Participants achieving the highest results in the program can become valued members of our academic team. The comprehensive mentoring component of the program enables novice teachers to receive robust support and to benefit from the exemplary practices shared by seasoned educators.
